Little Guys co-hosting
Cruisin Grand

The Little Guys and the San Diego Woodies car clubs co-hosted Cruisin Grand. Turnout for both clubs was very light, but it was hotter than usual with the temperatures in the low 100s and the humidity about the same. Still those who came had a great time and we met some great new friends and maybe even a prospective member or two. Henry brought his "Old School" 23 T-Bucket roadster and we all enjoyed checking it out. Keith and Beverly drove their new 46 Ford coupe and won the trophy representing the Little Guys. Most of us went over to Filipe's Pizza and stuffed ourselves with some of their great food. Norm brought the '52 and put on a water show for everyone, I guess the old Chevy didn't appreciate the drive from cool Carlsbad to the Escondido inferno.
Even though the turnout was light, there were still lots of really neat cars there.
